Role Summary
We are seeking an ex-City Commercial Lawyer with 8 years PQE.
This is a consultant role in a friendly and supportive niche firm.
Everyone works flexibly to suit their needs.
Commercial Lawyer Duties
- Providing pragmatic legal advice on company and commercial matters.
- Advising on and drafting business foundational documentation, such as articles of association, shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements and limited partnership agreements, as well as share and asset purchase agreements.
- Advising on drafting commercial contracts and arrangements relating to the supply of goods and services, such as terms and conditions (B2B and B2C) agency and franchising agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements and software development and sales arrangements.
- Bringing in new clients/business.
Admin duties:
- Chasing outstanding invoices.
